Diet & Fitness
As much as I love to write, I love to read. As I’ve scoured the Internet for stories and information to help me with Crohn’s, I’ve also dug through library shelves and e-book stores to uncover knowledge to gain better health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. I will add more titles and eventually write short reviews on each one of these below…but for now, I wanted to start listing the books that I’ve found valuable in my journey. Kick your shoes off, curl up on the couch, and start reading!
